I create colourful and tactile pieces of jewellery, employing the use of traditional metal smithing skills and materials, alongside recycled fabrics and sections of knitting and crochet. The emphasis is on excess detailing and frills; taking pleasure in unusual or abundant combinations of fabric and texture. My jewellery strives to explore the concept of the ‘Superfrilly’ and ask the question: ‘When is enough, really enough?’
