Because admission numbers to the exhibition have to be limited
in order to meet Health & Safety regulations
it is possible that queues may form at busy times.

We would not like you to miss seeing our exhibition because you do not have time to wait!
We decided the best idea would be for advance ticket holders to let us know
the time period in which you plan to arrive so that we can expect you
and make arrangements for you to come straight in.

To fast-track your ticket please email us marking the Subject of your email Priority Entrance
and send us the five figure number that is written on your ticket
stating in which of the time periods listed below you intend to arrive,
and we will reply to you confirming the arrangement. There is no charge for this service.

Friday, 7th November ......Saturday 8th November....Sunday 9th November
A 10am -11:30am...............G 10am -11:30am................M 10am -11:30am
B 11:30am -1pm.................H 11:30am -1pm..................N 11:30am -1pm
C 1pm - 2:30pm..................I 1pm - 2:30pm....................O 1pm - 2:30pm

If you do not arrive as planned your ticket is still valid for entry at any time we are open,
but you may have to queue.

In the event that you wish to alter your reserved entrance time, please send an email
with the subject Entrance Alteration, with your ticket number and the new time period.
